Calling Basses, Guitars
This nigga is gettin pissed. Donate you opinion to me in this debate between me and my sister. Since 90% of the people who post on his blog are assumed rockers (confirmed for Shadow), your opinoions are valid. I believe that basses and guitars are polar opposites, and I am sick of people calling basses, gutars. It is a mockery of the instrument! But my sister believes that calling a bass a guitar is okay because they are practically the same. What do you think?

I am not trying to be funny but I thought they were the same. I mean each one does something different. But maybe she sees it like I do... its called a bass guitar right? so its a guitar. But as far as the quality of sound... each is different. I probably make no sense but thats what I think. And thats all that matters.... hope you have a GOOD Day
woah, well, i believe the reason it's called a bass guitar is cuz it's kinda shaped like one. the similarities end there. certainly considering that a guitar is more along the lines of a soprano/alto instrument. not the same. definently.
ryn: yeah, that explains everything. i read over the transcript thingy again and i couldn't stop laughing. and since i was in class, well, yeah.
